• If you know the products use the on the fly menu when moving your mouse over the category.
• Add the product to cart/quote or click on the product to view the product information.
• You can also select to compare products or simply add the product to your cart/quote.
• In the cart/quote you can update the quantity, remove the products or proceed to checkout.
• In the cart/quote change the quantities if needed and click on update quantity at the bottom left.
• Once you have added all the products you can proceed to checkout.
• Go through the checkout steps either as a guest or register an account.
• After checking out you will receive an email with the order detail.

• Products that need to be ordered: Lead time will be given.

• Kitchen units: depending on size and design between 2 - 21 days
• Pivot doors: 3 - 4 weeks
• Security trellis: 4 - 8 days
• Custom wooden doors and windows: 3 - 4 weeks
• Aluminium doors and windows: 7 - 21 days
• Custom mirrors: 3 - 5 days
• Roof trusses depending on design: 7 days +
• Lead time will be discussed before order is finalised.

• We do not carry stock of all the items listed on this website.
• Furthermore please contact us first before collecting or driving out to buy any items.
• Most items ordered have a 24 hour turnaround time if stock is available.

Since we have more than 30 000 products, and more being added often, things like stock availability, colour matching and other factors beyond our control come into play. We therefore made the shopping cart our quote request system although we update prices regularly and most prices are current.  We receive an email after you go through the checkout process and will contact you to discuss stock availability, lead time if applicable and any special requests you may have.
