Volumetric guide

Courier parcels are charged at the volumetric weight, or the actual weight whichever is the greater. The volumetric factor is 5000ccc. You can calculate the volumetric weight of a parcel by following these simple instructions.

1. Convert measurements to centimetres. For example: H:50cm, W:30cm, L:50cm = 15kg

2. Multiply the Height x width x length devided by the volumetric conversion (5000cc) to get the volumetric weight.

3. If the actual weight of the parcel was 10 kg and the volumetric weight is 15 kilograms, the greater weight of 15 kilograms applies. (Chargeable weight)

Maximum weight for delivery costs and areas below is 30kg and maximum length is 2 meter (200cm)

To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram or centimetre. If the products purchased falls out of the above criteria a quote will be attained from another courier company that specializes in larger haul or we can make use of the postal service for a quotation. This will be discussed for each order to determine your specific needs.

Returns Policy

You may return most new unopened items within 7 days of purchase in store for a refund. Out of stock items that need to be ordered, special orders and custom made orders cannot be returned. Please include inside the return package a copy of receipt or the invoice received with your package to ensure proper credit. We will refund you the purchase price of the product shown on the invoice. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on returned items. All products returned MUST be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original barcodes, contain all other accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Returns not meeting this standard may be refused and returned to you at your expense. A 15% handling fee is applicable on all returns unless the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Any damaged, lost, or short deliveries should be reported to us within 2 days of receipt otherwise NO CLAIM will be entertained. Keep damaged goods and containers until further advised.
